Photos and Images

• Photos you select for editing are processed locally on your device.
• When you use AI Color features, a compressed thumbnail (max 512px) is sent to our AI service for scene analysis. The original photo never leaves your device.
• Thumbnails sent to our AI service are not stored and are deleted immediately after processing.

Device Information

• A randomly generated device identifier (UUID) stored in your device's Keychain.
• App version and iOS version (for API compatibility).
• This information is used solely for usage tracking and API authentication.

Subscription Data

• Subscription status is managed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect or store your payment information.

Usage Data

• We track the number of AI coloring requests to manage free usage limits.
• This counter is stored locally on your device's Keychain.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered photo color grading services.
• To manage free usage limits and subscription status.
• To improve our AI color grading quality.
• To ensure API security through request signing.

4. Third-Party Services

• AI Processing: We use third-party AI models to analyze photo thumbnails and generate color grading parameters. Only compressed thumbnails are transmitted, never full-resolution photos.
• Apple StoreKit: Subscription management is handled by Apple.

• We use Umeng SDK for usage analytics to improve app quality.

• All photo editing data is stored locally on your device using SwiftData.
• API communications are secured with HMAC-SHA256 request signing.
• No personal photos are stored on our servers.

• Access: All your data is stored locally on your device.
• Deletion: Uninstalling the app removes all local data. Edit history can be deleted within the app.
• Opt-out: You can use the app without AI features (using local filters and manual adjustments only).

7. Children's Privacy

Toniq is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the Effective Date above.
