1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Toniq ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Toniq is a photo color grading application that provides:

• AI-powered automatic color grading
• Manual photo adjustment tools (15 parameters)
• Toniq preset filters and Apple photo effect filters
• Natural language photo adjustment
• Photo export in HEIC, JPEG, and PNG formats

3. Subscription Terms

Free Tier:

• Full access to manual adjustments, preset filters, and Apple filters
• 3 lifetime AI color grading uses
• Export at standard and high quality

Toniq Pro (Paid Subscription):

• Unlimited AI color grading
• Unlimited natural language adjustments
• Highest quality (original resolution) export
• Access to all Pro-exclusive preset filters

Payment & Renewal:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at purchase confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Settings.

4. User Content

• All photos you edit remain your property.
• Photos are processed locally on your device. We do not claim any rights to your photos.
• Compressed thumbnails sent for AI processing are not stored on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to circumvent usage limits or subscription requirements.
• Interfere with or disrupt the App services.

6. Intellectual Property

• Toniq, its design, features, and content are owned by Chengdu Yuuglow Technology Co., Ltd.
• Toniq preset filters and their parameters are proprietary.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI color grading results will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
